Surface safety valve (SSV) is divided into two types:  hydraulic and pneumatic- operated type. It can automatically shut off the wellhead and pipeline when it senses the pressure is higher or lower than the setting value.
Our surface safety valve can meet all the needs of the pipeline, whatever the range of pressure or medium, which is the ideal safe-keeping product for fluid transport.

Design Features:

l       reverse-acting gate;

l       the hydraulic actuator, diaphragm and piston actuator can serve for the clients requirements according to different working conditions.  There are two types of safety valve, pneumatic and hydraulic safety valve in accordance with the actuators;

l       the sensing system can be attached to sense the pressure differential in the pipeline in case the immediate pressure differential damage the staff or the equipment;

l       metal seal between the body and bonnet;

l       backseat seal between the stem and the bonnet , easy for the change of sealing stuff under pressure;

l       sealing surface is hard-faced or the QBQ with the performance of anti-corrosion, wear-resistance;

it can realize the remote control with the help of the controlling system
