Surface safety valve (SSV) is divided into two types: hydraulic and pneumatic- operated type. It can automatically shut off the wellhead and pipeline when it senses the pressure is higher or lower than the setting value.
Our surface safety valve can meet all the needs of the pipeline, whatever the range of pressure or medium, which is the ideal safe-keeping product for fluid transport.
◆ Hydraulic surface safety valve
The gate valve is in strict accordance with API 6A, API 6D, as well as the previsions of GB. Its structure is simple, reasonable, reliable, wear-resistant. It is also applied in the pipeline with dust, impurities. It can replace completely the main valve of the surface safety control system in the oil field.
The pressure of the actuator comes from hydraulic pump. The working pressure of the hydraulic actuator ranges from 7.5 to 10.5Mpa, the highest working pressure is 21Mpa. The actuator are suitable for all the pipelines including wellhead, the station which do not have strict requirements for the working condition and service media.
The pressure of the actuator originates directly from flow pipe and the pipeline media (including impure light oil, natural gas) goes into the actuator as pressure source after filtration. The pressure level, material class, specification level of the actuator is identical with the main valve, as well as following the specification of API 6A.
Design Features:
●Hydraulic actuator installed on the top of the bonnet which controls the open / close of the valve by hydraulic pressure;
●Metal seal between the body and bonnet;
●Backseat seal between the stem and the bonnet, easy for the change of sealing stuff under pressure;
●Sealing surface is hard-faced or the QBQ with the performance of anti-corrosion, wear-resistance;
●Low operating torque.
